The MDP trains its managers in procurement

(begin text) .- The Project for Capacity Building in Governance held from 10 to 14 May a seminar for training in procurement for the benefit of its officers in the precincts of Luntu Hotel located in the commune of Gombe.

This seminar was aimed at the development of knowledge in the award of markets for newly recruited assistants by the Project for Capacity Building in Governance. He was joined this team, the three provincial coordinators and senior experts of the Project attached to ministries to get everyone on the same footing in terms of basic knowledge of procurement.
Participants in this seminar were to discover and understand the complexities tied to development objectives, key indicators and its components, under the guidance of international experts in different contracting.

In terms of development objectives of the project, participants will have the mission to improve transparency, efficiency in managing public finances and human resources at central and provincial levels to establish and consolidate a mechanism for equitable sharing of resources between the central government and provinces.
It goes without saying that this is part of the exercise of good governance as agreed between the World Bank and the DRC channel by the MDP to assist the Government in the implementation of 4 / 7 priority areas of government contracts.
